No. The Eurasian Beauty Awards is completely free to enter. There are no registration fees, entry costs, or hidden charges whatsoever.
Yes, self-nominations are accepted and encouraged. You can also nominate colleagues, clients, or other deserving individuals and organizations.
You can submit nominations in multiple categories. There is no limit to the number of categories you can enter, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria for each.
Eligibility & Submissions
Nominees must be 18 or older and demonstrate legitimate professional activity. The work submitted must have been completed or be ongoing within the past 12 months. Specific requirements are listed on each category page.
Typical submissions include: nominee contact information, a brief biography (60-600 characters), work samples or portfolio (up to 5 files, 15MB each), portfolio links, English descriptions/captions, and consent to participate. Specific requirements vary by category.
We accept common image formats (JPG, PNG), video formats (MP4, MOV), and PDF documents. Each file must not exceed 15MB.
Please contact our support team at awards@eurasianbeautyawards.org if you need to make changes to your submission. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests before the deadline.
Nominations are open from February 1, 2026 through May 1, 2026. All submissions must be received by 11:59 PM (local time) on May 1, 2026.
During the administrative review stage (May 1-5), the organising team may request missing or unclear information. You will have 48 hours to respond and provide the requested materials. If you do not respond within this window, your entry may be rejected.
Judging Process
All nominations go through a 2-stage process: (1) administrative eligibility review by the organising team, and (2) independent jury evaluation. There is no public voting. Winners are determined by highest average score in their category, with a minimum threshold of 80 out of 100 points.
Each approved entry is randomly assigned to a minimum of 5 jury members, matched by area of expertise. Jurors score independently -- there is no discussion between jury members during the evaluation period. This ensures fair, unbiased assessment.
Judges evaluate entries using five weighted criteria: Technical Skill/Execution (30%), Creativity/Innovation (25%), Professional Presentation (20%), Industry Impact (15%), and Consistency/Portfolio Quality (10%). Total possible score is 100 points.
If no entry in a category reaches the 80-point minimum threshold, that category will have no winner for 2026. This policy ensures the award maintains its prestige and standards. The threshold applies equally across all 600+ categories.
Yes, we welcome jury nominations through our dedicated jury nomination form. However, nomination does not guarantee selection. Jury members are chosen based on industry experience, expertise, and availability.
While individual jury scores are confidential to ensure independence, we publish our complete judging methodology, criteria, and scoring system. All jurors undergo automated conflict of interest screening.
Timeline & Results
Winners will be announced on June 1, 2026. Results will be published on our website and shared via email to all nominees.
