Recognizing master braiders who demonstrate exceptional skill in intricate braiding techniques, from box braids and cornrows to elaborate protective styles and creative patterns.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to professionals aged 18+ demonstrating excellence in braiding techniques and protective styling. Work must be completed or ongoing within the past 12 months.
Judging Criteria
Evaluated on Technical Skill (30%), Creativity (25%), Professional Presentation (20%), Industry Impact (15%), and Portfolio Quality (10%). Minimum 80/100 points required.
Submission Guidelines
Submit up to 5 portfolio images or videos (15MB each), a brief bio (60-600 characters), and English descriptions for all materials.
